Hello! I think you can remember me from my last blog. Today,I will tell you about weird food, but it’s too expensive at the same time. This food is from Europe. It is an appetizer dish. It’s made from raw beef or horsemeat. It’s usually served with onion,capers,pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. It is often served with a raw egg yolk, and often on rye bread. I have never eat it, but i think this looks delicious. It’s also dangerous too. If meat doesn’t clean, it will have bacteria and parasites.
